Under the current EU regulatory framework on state aid (Article 9.2.c Regulations 651/2014, 702/2014, 1388/2014 and other EU guidelines), all Member States (MS), for reasons of transparency, are obliged to publish at a website, with free access to the citizens, data on individual state aid awards, granted in the country - under an approved scheme or General Block Exemption Regulation (GBER) of European Commission - and which exceed certain limits.
